Blast Freezers for Ice-Cream Friulinox Series Go

Control of the GO series is easy to use and allows chilling or freezing of the product both over time (and therefore in the 90' or 240' required by the HACCP standards) and via control of the temperature at the product core by means of the needle probe.

In the latter case, the user will not have to worry about which cycle to choose to achieve optimal chilling or freezing as the probe and the software developed by Friulinox with automatic probe recognition with 4 reading points will take the product to the required temperature while retaining the original organoleptic characteristics.
